13th annual BSE Summer School attracts 628 participants
This July, the Barcelona School of Economics held the 13th edition of the BSE Summer School. More than 600 participants attended this year's edition, which included 40 one-week courses in nine programs.
The Summer School provides a diverse range of short courses in economics and related fields. The programs are designed for researchers, professionals and graduate students who want to improve their competencies in specific fields of knowledge. The experience of the participants ranged from government and authorities to research and academic institutions as well as banking and the financial services and they were taught by more than 50 lecturers. The BSE is dedicated to improving the Summer School each year and this year, 2 new programs were offered. As a result, the courses draw talented participants from around the world, with 79 different nationalities participating this year.
