EARIE 2019

The Barcelona School of Economics (GSE) and the PPSRC-IESE (Public-Private Sector Research Center) are organizing the 46th Annual Conference of the European Association for Research in Industrial Economics (EARIE). The conference will take place from August 30 - September 1, 2019 in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

EARIE annual conference

The EARIE Annual Conference provides a yearly platform for delegates and members to present and discuss the latest research in Industrial Economics. The conference attracts more than 400 participants each year from Europe and other parts of the world. EARIE 2019 will take place at the campus of Ciutadella of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Barcelona

Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and is the second largest city of Spain. The city's origins can be traced back to the first century before Christ and the Roman colony of Barcino. Its two thousand years of history have left their mark on the city's architectural, artistic and cultural heritage.  Barcelona has splendid examples of architecture from the Modernist movement. Its excellent location in terms of international communication, its Mediterranean climate and its cosmopolitan character make it a particularly privileged city.
